Official $BOAR Token Raffle Rules
(off-chain pre-launch)
1. Eligibility:
• Participation in the $BOAR Token Raffle is open to individuals with a valid Solana wallet address. Each individual or Solana wallet address is allowed one entry only. Duplicate entries (multiple accounts with the same wallet) will result in disqualification.
2. Tasks and Additional Chances:
• Participants have the opportunity to earn additional chances at winning by completing designated tasks. Each task can be performed only once, providing an extra entry into the raffle.
3. Entry:
• The $BOAR Token Raffle is free to enter and does not impose any age restrictions or geographical limitations within legally compliant jurisdictions.
4. Prize Structure:
• Prizes will be distributed as follows:
– Daily: 1 new winner will receive 23,809 $BOAR Tokens each day for the duration of the raffle, spanning 42 days, and all winners will receive their tokens upon contract deployment before pairing is live. Marked with an asterisk (*).

20 total winners will each receive 5,000 $BOAR Tokens.
50 total winners will each receive 2,000 $BOAR Tokens.
200 total winners will each receive 500 $BOAR Tokens.
42 total daily winners will each receive 23,809 $BOAR Tokens.
In total, 2 million $BOAR Tokens will be airdropped to 322 different wallets exclusively through the raffle system. This count does not include wallets eligible for farming airdrops, which operate independently.
5. Airdrop Process:
• Prize distribution will be conducted via airdrop and will occur in a timely manner following the conclusion of the raffle. Participants need not undertake any additional steps such as claiming or connecting their wallets to receive their prizes. At most, you’ll fill out a Google form validating your SOL addy and non-bot activity. The process will take time.
6. Disclaimer:
• $BOAR Token, as a product of A Few Bad Newbies LLC., does not guarantee any financial gains or success. Participants are advised to invest only what they are willing to lose. If your investment takes away from you, your well-being, or your financial stability… We don’t want it. This raffle, although awarding $BOAR, is completely independent from the automated on-chain raffles, and prizes earned within do not trigger entry for said automated on-chain raffle upon airdrop.
7. Raffle Duration:
• The $BOAR Token Raffle will run for a total of 42 days, after which the winners will be determined and prizes awarded accordingly.
8. Farming Airdrops:
• Eligibility for farming airdrops is separate from participation in the raffle. You can do both. The farming and raffle programs will conclude simultaneously. Participants can access detailed farming information via their respective dashboards.
9. Scam Awareness:
• Participants are urged to exercise caution and vigilance against potential scams. Official communications regarding the raffle will be transparent and clearly identifiable.
10. Dispute Resolution:
• Any disputes or discrepancies arising from the raffle will be resolved by A Few Bad Newbies LLC. in accordance with these official rules and applicable laws.
11. Modification of Rules:
• A Few Bad Newbies LLC. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or extend the $BOAR Token Raffle in whole or in part, at its discretion, without prior notice.
12. Compliance with Laws:
• Participation in the $BOAR Token Raffle is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
13. Official Language:
• The official language of the $BOAR Token Raffle is English. Any translations provided are for convenience only, and the English version of these rules shall prevail in the event of any discrepancies.
14. Interpretation of Rules:
• A Few Bad Newbies LLC. reserves the right to interpret and enforce these rules as necessary to ensure fairness and integrity in the $BOAR Token Raffle.
15. Automated Winner Picker:
• At the conclusion of the raffle, which gives away free $BOAR before the tokens are paired on an exchange, a 3rd party software will automatically choose the winners. This process cannot be altered, conditioned, or “cheated”, offering equal opportunity fairness to all.
16. Acceptance of Rules:
• By participating in the $BOAR Token Raffle, participants agree to abide by these official rules and any decisions made by A Few Bad Newbies LLC. regarding the raffle.
